This page is set up to answer many frequently asked questions about
Black Pearl Creations.
What is Black Pearl Creations?
Black Pearl Creations is a high-end crocheted clothing line. Established
in 2001, it has transformed from a small home decor company to an
innovative upscale couture manufacturer/wholesaler with many items
not found in the mass market.
How are the items made?
Everything is made by hand via the art of crochet. The only tools used
are a crochet hook and two hands.
What type of yarn is used?
We only use high quality yarn ranging from cottons to synthetics to
animal fibers.
How are orders placed?
You can place an order online or you can email me at
admin@blackpearlstyle.com As all items are handmade, no rush orders
are accepted and a 3 week lead time is mandatory.
Is it necessary for us to meet to place an order?
No, many of my clients don't live in the New England area. As long as I
have accurate (yes, truthful) measurements, there should be no
problem with making sure your BPC design is a perfect fit.
What is your return/refund policy?
All damaged or missing items must be reported within 72 hours. All
returns are accepted within fifteen (15) days of shipment when
accompanied by a Return Authorization number issued by Black Pearl
Creations. Returns are allowed if item All returns after fifteen (15) days
are subject to a 25% restocking fee. Returns are not accepted beyond
30 days. All credits are to be used within 30 days of the return or it will
be forfeited.
What payment types are accepted?
We accept all major credit cards via Paypal and Google Checkout. To
reduce costs and failure to pays, this is the only way we accept
payment.
